Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions which have arisen within the People, Own Savings Bank.
BRANCH MANAGERS Gokwe, Karoi, Marondera, Chipinge, Gwanda and Vic Falls
Reporting to the Cluster Manage, the incumbent will be responsible for overall management of a retail banking branch to ensure optimal service delivery

KEY RESULT AREAS • Deposit Mobilization • Account Relationship Management • Lending • Branch Management • Staff Management • Budgetary Control • Management of Assets
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• A first degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent.
• IOBZ Diploma a must.
• 3 years in retail banking/branch management.
