As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch performance, drive sales growth, and ensure high-quality loan portfolio management.
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for business development, credit oversight, client acquisition, and operational performance, among other duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent relationship management skills, and sound knowledge of microfinance lending. The Branch Manager will report to the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Drive branch sales targets for loans and other financial products.
• Conduct market research and identify viable sectors and clients for business growth.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain quality clients.
• Oversee credit assessment, KYC verification, and loan processing.
• Monitor loan book quality, arrears, and collection activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, portfolio performance, and market activity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management.
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in microfinance.
• Strong understanding of credit vetting, arrears management, and collections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and lead a team.
