Job Description

An established distribution company in the FMCG sector is looking to appoint a competent Branch Manager for their Mbare and Guruve Branch with vast experience in the similar role. The incumbent will be responsible for volume, turnover and PBT targets achievement monthly. Implementing & executing agreed sales and action plans and exceed top line growth. Achieving 95% compliance & audit rating at all times. Managing & achieving 100% balance on stock and cash resources under his control. Branch costs management within budget. Human Capital development and management 100% Product Availability instore on all lines. The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes: - Business related degree. At least a 3 - 5years proven working experience work experience in an FMCG wholesale environment. Self-starter, Strong sales , analytical, and good people management skills.
