Job Description
Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for Bartenders who are flexible to work on different occasions in different cities of the country. The ideal candidate must be flexible to at night.
Duties and Responsibilities
#Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company
#Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
#Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
#Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
#Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
#Check identification of customers to verify if they are of legal drinking age
#Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
#Record drink orders accurately into register system.
#Process customer payments
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma
minimum age requirement of 21 years
working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
working knowledge of bar equipment
knowledge and education in mixology an advantage
numeracy and cash-handling skills
able to work flexible schedules
able to work in a standing position for long periods
