Location: Harare
The company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the following position which has arisen within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise the Banqueting team, ensuring service efficiency and quality.
* Manage operations, inventory, and events.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
* Lead and train staff, ensuring compliance and discipline.
* Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage revenue, costs, and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
* Personal charm to greet guests, organizers, hosts and VIPs.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
