Job Description

Applicants are invited to fill in the following vacant positions that have arisen in our Life Assurance Division:
Bancassurance Sales Agents (Chiredzi, Masvingo & Mutare)

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Bancassurance Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving sales and achieving monthly targets at bank branches
Converting 80% of new business
Ensuring that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
Retention of clients through engagement
Getting referrals
Cross-selling and upselling of insurance products
Ensuring standing instructions are completed and submitted for capturing
Spearheading all lead generation initiatives from the various touch points of the company- whether it's walk-in clients, online, data mining, referrals, and others

Qualifications and Experience

Key qualifications, experience & competencies
• At least 5 '0' levels including Maths & English plus tertiary training
• Diploma, Graduate/ MBAs of formal education is desirable
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• Be aged between 25-45 years
• Good track record of achieving sales targets
• Result oriented, leadership skills, and customer oriented
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Energy drive and initiative
