Duties and Responsibilities

The Job:
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with bank partners.
• Fostering collaboration and resolving any operational or strategic issues.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Bancassurance Agents to achieve sales targets.
• Conducting regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs.
• Oversee and coordinate sales activities between the bank and insurer to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Client Retention through proactive engagement strategies.
• Ensure Standing Instructions are accurately completed and submitted to Personal Bankers for processing, minimizing errors and delays.
• Spearhead lead generation initiatives across various channels, including walk-in clients, online platforms, data mining. referrals, and other touchpoints.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports on sales performance, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

The Person:
• A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Insurance & Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar bancassurance role or within a banking environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions to drive business growth.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision demonstrating maturity.
• Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and synergy across departments.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards in all business dealings
