Job Description

NMB Bank is looking for Back Office Clerk in the Microfinance Department

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliverables
• Customer on-boarding and KYC review,
• AML/CFT screening and CDD.
• Participating in credit approval,
• Pre-loan disbursement checks,
• Loan disbursement and collection processing,
• Unit administration.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Finance. Banking, Risk, Economics acceptable,
• Diploma in Credit, Risk Management or Microfinance an added advantage.
Experience
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a reputable microfinance institution,
• Prior experience with loan management systems.
Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Knowledge of loan security documentation.
