Duties and Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
To oversee all Audit functions and activities
Crafting and implementing Audit Strategies, Policies and Budgets
Develop and implement Audit Systems, Cycles and Plans
Diagnose and Recommend improvement of Systems and Operating Procedures
Advise management on Risk, emerging Audit trends and Policy Matters
Lead, manage and develop a professional Audit
Ensure compliance with Procedures, Policies and Statutes
Audit Reports and Recommendations
Relations with external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Degree or Qualification in Accounts or Audit
Masters Degree in Business / Accounts / Finance is an added advantage
Membership of a Professional Audit Body is essential
5 years Audit experience at managerial level in a large organization
Knowledge of modern Audit Systems
