We expect an Associate Consultant to be able to demonstrate distinctive and superior competencies in one or more of the following focus areas inter-alia:
Due to the variety and nature of assignments which we undertake for clients from time to time we require the
services of Associate HR Consultants on Fixed Term Contracts to join us as part of multi-disciplinary teams in
order to enhance the quality of our service delivery on specific projects. We seek proactive, proven HR
professionals with demonstrated success in achieving tough targets in client focused, service oriented and goal
driven fields.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Organisation Development,
• Culture Change Management,
• Strategic Planning,
• Executive Recruitment,
• Corporate Governance Advisory,
• Compensation Analysis and Design.
We expect our Consultants to have the ability and confidence to interact with Management and Executive teams in reputable client organisations locally and beyond our borders.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
• A Human Resources Management / Social Science Degree or relevant Degree.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management (IPMZ) or equivalent.
• MBA/ MBL advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
