KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be reporting to the Sports Officer and will be responsible for:
➢ Identify and recommend young players who they believe will be the best fit for the club.
➢ To discover and nurture individuals who have the capacity to excel in their chosen domain.
➢ Identify individuals with exceptional potential early in their development
➢ Provide appropriate support and resources to nurture their talents
➢ Maximize the chances of success for both the individual and the organization involved
THE PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
➢ Coaching certificates in Olympic certificates or equivalent
➢ 5 ‘O’ levels
➢ Coaching theory certificate
➢ Experience in working with youth teams
➢ Sports administration certificate
