Duties and Responsibilities
What we expect from you
Develop and implement partnership initiatives.
Lead relationship development with third parties.
Identify, source and manage the pipeline business.
Engage prospective partners in the development of business concepts.
Participate in the selling of concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the generation of project definition documents, project plans, risk management and checkpoint documentation.
Manage the dissolution process as set out in the partnership agreement.
Provide team leadership through coaching, mentoring and staff discipline.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
Have a degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar.
Possession of a postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MBL or MSc is an added advantage.
Have at least 3 years’ banking experience or similar.
Knowledge of legal contracts and ability to negotiate is essential for this role.
Should have strong experience in managing customers, product development and segmentation.
Possess solid project management skills.
Have strong persuading and influencing skills.
Willing to travel from time to time.
