Job Description
The University is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence Expert to join the institution’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid expertise in AI research and applications, with a passion for training and mentoring staff members and other organisations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training in Artificial Intelligence and related fields;
Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, utilizing findings in improving the University’s processes;
Develop, implement and optimize artificial intelligence systems that solve complex problems;
Analyse large datasets and develop solutions tailored to specific University needs;
Collaborate with Faculty and Industry partners on research projects;
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking;
Participate in departmental and University service activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field;
Proven track record of research in AI, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences;
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in training AI at the University level or beyond is preferred;
Experience in designing and teaching undergraduate courses on AI topics would be an added advantage.
Required Skills and Attributes
Strong programming skills and familiarity with AI frameworks and data analysis tools;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Demonstrable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
