Responsible for being a key point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects (e.g. Field Sales, Customers etc) within assigned geographical
"Area/Territory" and deliver set objectives/targets.
* Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Area/ Territory.
* Develop and Implement field Sales Plan for the assigned area
* Effectively manage Sales team/ customers and their operations
* Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POC/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.
* Responsible to provide quality and on-time information.
* Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
* Coach, motivate and develop Direct sales force
* Ensure continuous improvement
• 5-7 years in marketing or sales/Key Accounts, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
• Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility.
• Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing)
• Knowledge of core Business Processes (Field Sales Management, Distributor Management, HR Policies, Traceability, Quality Fundamentals, etc
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning process and Leadership Principles
