Vacancy: Architect (Managerial Level)
Location: Harare
Our client, a wellestablished and expanding architectural practice, is inviting applications for the position of Architect. This is a Managerial appointment requiring a highly experienced professional with strong technical capability, proven project leadership, and the ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects to a consistently high standard.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Managerial oversight across architectural design, project planning, and execution.
• Lead and Supervise Architectural teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Zimbabwean building regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practice.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to practice development, operational improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience

• Professional Architect
• Minimum 10 years postqualification experience in architectural design and project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading mediumtolarge projects within the built environment.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software and technical design systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and clientmanagement skills.
