Job Description
Croco Properties is seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Meet with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and architectural plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Oversee project progress and ensure work is carried out according to design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction and address design issues.
• Review and approve building materials and finishes.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies or related field.
• Registered Architect with the Institute of Architects of Zimbabwe (IAZ) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD) & modelling software such as Sketchup, Rhino & Blender
• Strong design, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
