Location: Harare

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
▪ Be able to create building agricultural and residential designs, contract and supervise a project
▪ Experience in building technology, construction methods, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes, and assembly of construction drawings
▪ Problem-solving skills in the design and coordination of building systems
▪ Experience on a multidisciplinary team in the preparation of construction documents
Qualifications and Experience
Job Requirements:
▪ Be a Registered Architect and/or with at least 8+ years post qualification experience.
▪ Be a team player Mature with a high degree of Integrity and precision
▪ Candidate must have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
▪ Architectural Degree or Diploma
