Responsible for co-ordinating Agents business
1. Prepares a work-plan on building an agent portfolio in every district
2. Prepares Agents performance report monthly
3. Prepares management and regulatory reports on each Agent
4. Prepares activities scgedules
5. Recruits and trains new Agents in liason with branches
6. Reviews Agent individual performance and make recommendations
7. Any other duties within the scope of the job
1. Degree in Business Studies / Finance & Banking
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a Banking Operational environment
