Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to enroll in our twenty-four (24) month Graduate Development Program. The program offers an exciting opportunity for proactive, passionate and innovative undergraduates to become future leaders of African Sun Limited.
This program is a structured and robust fusion of "On- the-job" and modular "Off-the-Job" approaches to Technical, Management and Leadership competency acquisition and development. Participants will enjoy focused Coaching and Mentorship support throughout the programme

Entry Qualifications
A 2.1 class degree or better from a recognised institution:
Finance : >>>> Degree In Accounting
Human Resource Management : >>>Degree in Human Resources/Psychology
Business Information Systems/Information Technology:>>>Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
Sales & Marketing : >>>Degree in Marketing
Legal : >>>> Law Degree - Zimbabwe or Conversion
Hotel Operations (Food & Beverage, Front Office & Housekeeping): >>>Degree in Tourism and Hospitality/HND in Tourism and Hospitality Management
Estates :>>>Degree or HND in Horticulture/Agriculture
Procurement :>>>>>Degree in Supply Chain Management
Facilities : >>>Degree in Engineering/HND in any Technical field
Personal Attributes
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Mature with hands on attitude
3. Well-groomed and presentable
4. Computer literate
