Job Description

A position has arisen in an Agricultural and Foundry environment in Gweru, suitable candidates are advised to apply

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Advises on and resolves any industrial Relations problems within the organisation to ensure a good working environment
• Organise disciplinary hearing
• Liaises with the Ministry of Labor, NEC, and Trade Unions
• Advise employees on Labour Legislation
• Ensures that the code of conduct is reviewed in line with Labour laws and amendments
• Manages time sheets and attendance sheets
• Payroll input
• Contract management
• Policy formulation and implementation
• Oversee leave and personnel records of all employees

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• At least two years working in a Human Resource, Administration, Business Management
• A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or equivalent
• Should have knowledge in current Labour legislation
• Previous work experience in an Agricultural set-up will be an added advantage
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
