A local Company is looking for an ADMINSTRATOR
• Establishing, maintaining and reconciling the company’s financial records;
• Running payroll system (Belina);
• Data entry;
• Petty cash management;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Ensuring statutory payments are made on time;
• Assist in formulating and implementing the company’s Policies;
• Overseeing the maintenance of office property and facilities – equipment, vehicles, furniture;
• Responsible for the implementation of an office security systems;
• Ensuring the organization is up to date on its payments to suppliers and service providers;
• Purchasing goods and equipment, as required, and processing invoices,
• Submitting timely reports, prepare presentation/proposals as assigned,
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO
3 years experience and should be a holder of Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management
