WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
· Provide administrative support to the office of the Divisional Director, Retail Banking Division.
· Manage the Divisional Director, Retail Banking diary, prioritize meetings and initiate reminders and
· follow ups.
· Develop a framework for managing, tracking and resolving queries and enquiries.
· Facilitate travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
· Apply and follow up on international travel visas.
· Organize divisional events as and when required.
· Maintain a comprehensive filing and document retrieval system.
· Supervise the archiving of office records within prescribed periods.
· Replenish refreshments for the office.
· Oversee that office furniture, fittings and equipment is in good working order.
· Allocate duties to the Driver/Messenger.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Possess an Executive Secretarial Diploma or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
· Have at least 5 years’ administrative experience.
· Have solid understanding of Retail Banking operations, policies and procedures.
· Possess strong analytical skills.
· Have ability to communicate at all levels.
· Should possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Possess good computer skills and appreciation of various digital working tools and platform.
· Willing to multi-task and work within stipulated time lines.
