VOLON DESIGNS & BRANDING (A new small and medium enterprise) wishes to recruit an Administrative Assistant,full time position.
• Manage front office operations - receiving and attending to enquiries, providing support and addressing complaints
• Plan and organize work activities and meet changing priorities and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up to date office files, records and logs for assigned areas
• Stakeholder data updating
• Daily receipts and basic bookkeeping
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• 3 years experience
• Degree in Media Studies / Public Relations/ Administration
• Computer Skills: Excel, Word Processing and Corel Draw is an added advantage
• Assist in digital marketing and should be able to multi-task
• Customer services and Public Relations methods and techniques
