Job Description

To coordinate the bank’s assets-stationery, fleet, premises, furniture

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recording and accounting of office equipment
2. Receiving , controlling and issuing of stocks to user departments
3. Management of Bank ' fleet as per policy
4. Checks stock level and compiles statistics according to re-order levels
2. Compiles stock projection schedules annually for budget preparation
4. Undertakes stock reconciliations and maintains a filing system of stock received
and dispatched.
5. Raises Goods Received Notes and Supplier invoices for all goods received as and
when goods are dispatched and records all stock issued in Pastel Accounting system.
6. Replenishes stocks in kitchens
7. Receives, records and issues fuel coupons
8. Receives and forward faulty equipment etc. for repairs and forwards to service providers
9. Any other duties assigned by the superior

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Administration or any relevant degree

At least two years RELEVANT working experience in a bank or financial institution

Experience in Inventory & Fleet management

Clean class 4 drivers licence is a MUST
