The Administration Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He or she must be mature with an accounting background. Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
-Oversee all administrative functions of the company
-Manage the company's financial and accounting processes
-Develop and implement administrative systems, policies and procedures
-Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment and employee relations
-Manage and maintain the company's data management systems
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
-Provide support to the management team
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
-Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative management role
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to handle confidential information
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
