A growing clothing manufacturing company is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to support daily office, factory, and shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling emails, phone calls, messages, and attending to shop customers
• Providing general office, factory, and administrative support
• Data capturing, record keeping, and maintaining accurate files (staff, production, invoices, deliveries)
• Preparing and updating cutting sheets, factory ratings, timing records, and job cards
• Monitoring daily production output and work-in-progress
• Inventory checks, stock taking, and overall stock control
• Basic accounting duties including invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash handling, expense tracking, and customer payment follow-ups
• Assisting with order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer support
• Ensuring proper system implementation, procedures, and compliance
• Preparing and filing monthly ZIMRA returns, NSSA returns, and QPDEs
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or a related field
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (manufacturing or factory environment preferred)
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Bookkeeping or accounting exposure is an added advantage
• Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
