Administrative Attaché (Student Attachment Opportunity)

applications from motivated and ambitious students seeking an opportunity to gain
practical workplace experience through an Administrative Attachment Programme. The
programme is designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to the operations
of a professional consulting environment while developing essential administrative,
organizational and professional skills.The successful candidate will work closely with
various departments within the firm and will assist in supporting the administrative
functions that enable the efficient delivery of consulting services to clients.
The Administrative Attaché will assist in providing administrative and operational
support across the firm. The role will involve assisting with the preparation, organization
and management of office documentation, maintaining both physical and electronic
filing systems, and ensuring that records are accurately stored and easily retrievable.
The Attaché will support staff members with the preparation and formatting of
professional documents including letters, reports, memoranda and other client-related
documentation. The role will also involve assisting with basic data entry tasks, updating
internal registers and ensuring that administrative information is accurately recorded.
Where required, the Attaché may assist with front office duties including receiving
visitors, directing clients to the appropriate personnel, and supporting general office
coordination activities such as preparing meeting materials and organizing
documentation for internal meetings.
Throughout the attachment period, the Attaché will be expected to observe and learn
from the professional operations of the firm while maintaining high standards of
discipline, professionalism and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be currently pursuing a tertiary qualification in Business Administration,
Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Studies, or any other related field
and must be seeking industrial attachment as part of their academic programme.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, good communication
abilities, attention to detail and a willingness to learn within a professional environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.

of working in a structured office environment. A strong work ethic, integrity and the
ability to handle information with discretion are essential.
