The position of an Administration Assistant has arisen within the National Biotechnology Authority, and we hereby invite applications from suitably qualified individuals.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Design and maintain the inventory register
• Responsible for the stationery requisition system
• Resolve administrative problems
• Asset register maintenance
• Effective management of postal/ courier services
• Keeping records of payments and service providers
• Coordinate general organization cleaning
• Maintain accurate administrative records and files
• Supervising Administration Staff
• Assisting in general administrative activities
• Assisting in ensuring transparent and efficient use of NBA resources (vehicle Fleet
management, premise management etc.)
• Any other duties that maybe assigned by the supervisor
• Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or related
• Proven administration assistant experience at least 2 years
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence
