Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Carrying out the whole procurement process from requisition, inquiry, canvass, order, goods receipt and payment; Assets management from receiving, logging and reporting; Stores function receiving of goods, recording, issuing and reporting; Fleet management, reporting and analysis; Contracts management; Ensuring security issues are observed for Program area activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and experience
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Procurement or Equivalent qualification; 1 Year relevant working experience at a similar level; Ability to interpret and work in accordance with laid down procedures; Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows / Office environment; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
