A leading Radio Station within the Great Dyke is seeking the services of a dynamic and result oriented, Administration And Human Resources Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the procurement processes are completed as per procedure
• Research and prepare documents for tender applications and submission thereof
• Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to the Head Administration and Human Resources
• Ensure all employees log in using attendance register daily
• Filing of documents, requisitions and employment contracts
• Plan, prepare and distribute provisions for Fuel, Travel expenses and allowances
• Filing and updating of employee records
• Ensure al HR Policy provisions are met as per case
• Circulation and use of the employee handbook and attend to queries arising
• Assisting with updating the Debtors Age Analysis
• Assisting with updating the Creditors Age Analysis
• Preparing, processing and filing of supplier invoices, goods received note, internal payment voucher and RTGS.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of Financial Statements (monthly, quarterly, interim and annually)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets
• Maintenance of sales invoices register and fixed assets register
• Data Capturing
Administration and Human Resources Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Leadership skill
• Problem-solving skills
• A Marketing Administration and Human Resources is preferred, with at least 3 years’ experience in the same field
