Admin Sales Secretary & Procurement
Duties and Responsibilities
o Develop and implement strategic purchase plans for company requirements
o Buying to the best advantage of the company
o Responsible for overall systematic control of stock movement
o Site procurement and administration works
o Receiving materials and maintaining warehouse stork record
o Sales secretarial and admin duties related to marketing and sale of residential and commercial stands
o Negotiate property sales’ agreements with clients
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 years proven experience in office administration and procurement for a housing developer
• Must be proficient in the procurement of building materials and warehouse stock control
• National Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Procurement and other relevant tertiary qualifications
• Possession of a clean class 4 driver’s licence an added advantage
