A local company is looking for an Admin & HR Assistant
Duties
Ensure the procurement processes are completed as per procedure
• Ensure all employees log in using attendance register daily
• Filing of documents, requisitions and employment contracts
• Plan, prepare and distribute provisions for fuel, travel expenses and allowances
• Filing and updating of employee records
• Ensure HR Policy provisions are met as per case
• Preparing, processing and filing of supplier invoices, goods received etc
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of Financial Statements (monthly, quarterly, interim and annually)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
2 or more years of work experience
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Age 22 to 30 years
