Job Description

This role exists in assisting the Merchants Services and Agency Banking Administrator to ensure the smooth on boarding of Merchants and Agents which involves providing detailed reporting and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client engagement and capacity analysis.
Background checking and vetting of potential Merchants and Agents
Data Capture and ensure compliance with system requirements for approvals
Prepare the Merchants and Agents roll-out packages.
Filing and record keeping of all on-boarded Merchants and Agents.

Merchants and Agents Support Services
Provide support services through troubleshooting POS devices, reconciling client accounts, and addressing any other requirements as applicable.
Must be able to drive to allow adequate support of clients

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant university degree and strong intellectual aptitude
Ability to work with minimum supervision and to follow instructions logically
A clean driver's license is a must
Flexible and able to work in diverse set-ups in a day
