• We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerks to join our growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to support daily accounting operations and contribute to the success of our business. As an Accounting Clerk, you will assist with processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Track and categorize expenses and income in financial records.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and issues
- A Level Graduates, Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is an added advantage).
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (or equivalent administrative support role).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Added Advantage:
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
