Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced people to fill the following posts that have arisen at Masvingo City.

Accounts Clerk Revenue (1 Post)
DEPARTMENT: Finance
SALARY GRADE: 11
REPORTS TO: Assistant Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements for the month
Clearing of direct deposits from different modes of payments
Revenue reconciliations from merchant accounts, swipe accounts, one money and paynow
Banking cash received from clients to our bank account
Administration of business licences and taking stock thereof
Administering beer levy account and ensuring that correspondence are filed
Any other duties as delegated by the Accounting Assistant
Revenue/Expenditure.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
5 "O" levels including English and Mathematics
A Degree in Accounting or any other relevant qualifications At least two years relevant experience
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and also as a team member
