Duties:
• To receipt all payments from customers
• Petty cash control and reconciliation
• Posting all source documents to the sub-ledger
• Ensuring that all customers pay on time
• Control accounts reconciliations
• Ensuring all invoices and statements are sent to customers
• Assist in preparation of VAT returns, PAYE returns and NSSA returns
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and final accounts
• Any other duties as delegated by the Finance Manager
