Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial records and transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives documents from depots and ensures that proper filing is done.
• Reconciles manual invoices with bank deposits before capturing them into the system.
• Reconciles principals ‘accounts monthly and preparing commission schedules.
• Reconciles accounts receivables/payables.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all inventory records.
• Adheres to agreed deadlines and communicates any challenges within the shortest possible time.
• Preparing monthly reports

Qualifications and Experience

HND/Degree in Accounting or any equivalent qualification.
2 years' experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
