Job Description

• Preparation of monthly management and financial accounts

Duties and Responsibilities


• Updating invoices into the system
• Cashbook maintenance
• Implementing, maintaining, and analysis of internal control system
• Responsible for age analysis
• Project evaluation
• Credit control for clients
• Finance risk management in line with organisational and departmental goals
• Daily cashing up
• Stock taking
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting, part ACCA or CIS
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task is an asset.
• Requires 1 years’ experience
