Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance & Business Administrator to oversee financial administration, estate/property management, tax compliance, and general business
operations. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, attend to estate-related matters
across various properties, ensure accurate bookkeeping and tax submissions, and support ad hoc executive requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts, including financial statements, journals,
and general ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and payment
processing.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (VAT, PAYE, withholding taxes, etc.) in compliance
with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple projects.
Administration
• Oversee the administration and management of multiple properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers, ensuring cost control and quality
service delivery.
• Maintain lease agreements, property records, and related documentation.
• Monitor estate-related income and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency of each property.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including document
preparation and correspondence.
• Maintain organized office records, files, and databases.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and business events as required.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational
efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in finance and administration.
• Preferred age 28 -31
• Experience in property or estate management is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
