Job Description
Our organization is seeking an experienced and qualified Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements and providing financial guidance to support the organization's goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
3. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support organizational decision-making.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelors' degree in Accounting or any related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero and SAGE.
