ROLE PROFILE
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the ideal candidate will provide advice and determine areas for business growth by providing insight on cash flow patterns, inventory management, pricing and business financing.

Preparing monthly management accounts and tax returns.
Preparing budge. and monitoring spending patterns.
Preparing year-end Financial Statements.
Management of the audit process with External and Internal Auditors.
Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Advising on how to reduce costs and increasing profits.
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
Ensuring that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
Supervision of reconciliation processes and teams.
Establishing accounting policies and procedures, aligned with overall company guidelines.

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to prioritize work, manage time and demonstrate good organisational skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
A Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking &, Finance/ or equivalent.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIS or CA (Z).
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Possession of Articles of Clerkship will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Accounting Systems.
Ability to use MS packages Word, Excel etc.
