Job Description

The Society wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Account Administration Officer that has arisen in the Group.

Duties and Responsibilities

o administer and reconcile member accounts (corporates & individual) in line with Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures.
Receives and processes member payment schedules from firms, reconciles with billing invoices and actions member records amendments accordingly.
Suspends and prepares a schedule of accounts to be terminated in line with Membership Rules
Logs queries resolved in the operating system and escalates unresolved queries to the Team-Lead.
Updates changes received from member firms in the system and seeks approvals where necessary.
Attends to members requesting for accounts status and must be able to produce accurate and up to date reconciliations.
Communicates with clients regarding discrepancies when necessary and must be responsible for recommendation for payment plans for accounts.
Acts as a liaison, provides product/services information, attends to member accounts queries and resolves any emerging problems that our member accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

5 O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English
Diploma in Business Management, Marketing Management, Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 - 4 years’ experience in Customer service/marketing/ business administration in a service oriented business or related environment
Clear verbal and written communication and ability to prepare accurate reports
Ability to interact, negotiate (where applicable) and achieve set targets
