CANDIDATE ONE
Looking for someone with a Diploma in Electronics or a certificate in Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years work experience at a reputable company.
Trouble shoot electrical and mechanical faults on machinery
A strong understanding of manual and mechanical machines to aid in plant processes
CANDIDATE TWO
Looking for someone with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 yrs work experience at a reputable company
Trouble shoot mechanical problems on machinery
Able to ensure good mechanical alignment during batch set ups
Duties and Responsibilities
Machine operator Responsibilities
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Machine Operator Requirements:
• Combination of additional education and experience.
• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and willing to learn.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Self-motivated.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
