Shanxi International We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and design bespoke menus that cater to the sophisticated palate of our executive board. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international cuisines and an ability to innovate while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-end menus for executive meetings, events, and special occasions.
Create visually stunning and delicious dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and global culinary trends.
Collaborate with the executive team to understand dietary preferences, restrictions, and specific event themes.
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, procurement, and staff training.
Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork among kitchen staff.
Stay updated on industry trends, attending workshops and culinary events to continually enhance skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in high-end culinary settings, preferably at an executive or fine-dining level.
Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, flavors, and cooking techniques.
Exceptional culinary and plating skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
