We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy, ensuring smooth running of our Agency and contributes in driving sustainable growth as well as efficient service delivery.
Duties
Customer relations management- carry out registrations and induction training
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to all operational standards
Manage Agency communications i.e. phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, WhatsApp etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with client and personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
carry out collections from clients as necessary
An appreciation of marketing, particularly digital marketing
Human resources relations and management.
Business Management or Administration diploma or degree. or relevant field is preferred
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office, and client management procedures
Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
