Management Accountant


• Gather and analyse financial information for internal use

• Conduct detailed monthly reviews of all financial Information provided by the business/profit centres to ensure accuracy. efficiency and adherence to budgets. investigate all significant variances from budget and alert senior management to take corrective action.

• Procurement. stock management & reconciliations

• Coordinate accounting operations - Debtors Function

• Train and oversee sectional staff • Support budgeting and cosh flow management

• Evaluate the company's performance using key data

• Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making


• Proven experience as management accountant, accounting supervisor or similar role
• Solid knowledge of basic ana advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of risk analysis. budgeting and forecasting
• Working knowledge of Pastel Evolution and MS Office • Excellent communication & presentation skids
• Organizational and leadership skills
Degree in accounting, finance or similar field
• Relevant certification (e.g. CIMA) will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the fuel sector, a distinct advantage
