Applicants must have a minimum qualification of First Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architectural Studies/ or equivalent. Master's Degree in Engineering Management/ Construction Management/ Architecture, and or equivalent will be an added advantage. A proven track record of advanced knowledge in the construction management processes is essential. At least five (5) years engineering experience of which at least two (2) years should be at a managerial position.
