c) A degree is an added advantage
d) At least one-year relevant experience in a local authority environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Operating mail and their maintenance
b) Operating mail- incoming and outgoing
c) Classification of documents
d) Operating circulation files
e) Follow up on documents and files
