Brief about the Organization
A women’s rights organization is seeking to recruit a competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic mature candidate for the position of Project Supervisor to join its dynamic team. Persons looking to advance their career in programming and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities
Based within the programmes department the candidate will work closely with all areas of programming to assist and help the team to achieve agreed targets: Initiate and come up with new products and services to entice customers to do business with women groups; Manage inventory, assets and production; Give market intelligence and financial literacy to the women groups; Fund raising; Attending council meetings; Compiling activity reports, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports; Generating content and updating for the organization’s social media platforms that include twitter and facebook; Project implementation; Keeping head office updated of all activities on the ground; Managing the projects and work with Agritex officers

Qualifications
A degree in Business Administration, Business Entrepreneurship, Commerce or related field; Clean class 4 Drivers license; Knowledge about project implementation; Excellent communication and IT skills; Excellent project management Skills; At least three years working experience in a similar environment (development work)
