Summary of responsibilities
The graduate intern provides effective and efficient operational support to the Programs team at provincial level to ensure smooth program delivery. This includes administrative, logistical and information management assistance and any other operations support to the implementation team at provincial level.
Provide support as required to project/programme operations at Provincial level; Arrange external and internal meetings; Attend meetings and prepare minutes or summaries of the proceedings; Pro-actively contribute to day-to-day project implementation activities according to approved project work-plans; Prepare activity reports as required and in prescribed format; Perform office and other administrative support routines as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Educational and Professional Qualifications: Degree in any Social Sciences or related field.
Experience: Must be an active member in the SAYWHAT peer education club or other College / University club; At least 1 year of experience including graduate internship.

An ability to work effectively in teams and accept leadership and guidance; A self-starter and able to work independently; Computer literacy; Excellent writing skills in English and ability to communicate; Passion for development work including SRHR; Good interpersonal skills, including team working and networking skills.
